What Is Paint ?
Painting, formally known as electrostatic powder spraying, is an advanced dry surface coating technology. Its core principle involves:
Electrostatic adhesion: Using a high-voltage electrostatic generator, the spray gun tip is charged with a high-voltage negative charge, while the workpiece to be coated is grounded (positively charged).
Powder Spraying: Specially formulated solid powder coatings (made from resins, pigments, fillers, etc.) are atomized and sprayed through the gun.
Adsorption and Forming: Under the influence of the electrostatic field, negatively charged powder particles are uniformly adsorbed onto the positively charged workpiece surface.
High-Temperature Curing: The powder-coated workpiece is transferred into a high-temperature curing oven. At temperatures between 180-220°C (356-427°F), the powder melts, flows, and solidifies, ultimately forming a durable, smooth coating.

- Heating methods: Electric heating, diesel heating, gas heating. Choose the one according to your local conditions.
Paint Booth Price & Cost Factors
- Size of the spray painting room, type of panel, heating method, thickness of steel plate etc.
- The general price ranges from $6000 -$10000 for an automotive paint booth. The transportation requires a 20gp container or a 40hq container, and the cost including customs duties and freight is generally $6500 – $15000.Need to obtain the transportation cost and contact the sales team via WhatsApp or email. The specific cost depends on the country. In some countries, the goods can only be transported to the port and then cleared by themselves. The customer needs to have the clearance capability. The more you purchase, the lower the transportation cost will be. One 40hq container can hold three standard-sized paint booths. If other repair shop equipment is also needed, it can be purchased and transported together. Please check the website for details.
