This product is a balanced, robust, and reliable standard diesel spray booth, suitable for automotive repair shops, body service centers, and general industrial painting applications. Configured with two 4KW double-intake centrifugal fans, providing a total air supply of 30,000 m³/h, paired with a 5.5KW exhaust fan (19,000 m³/h) to ensure rapid air renewal in the workspace for safety and environmental protection.
✅ Three-Stage Air Filtration System
Includes a primary filter (>10μm, >90% efficiency), high-efficiency ceiling filter (>4μm, >98% efficiency), and multi-layer fiberglass floor filter (>90% efficiency) to effectively capture dust particles and ensure paint finish quality.
✅ Sturdy and Durable Construction
Walls consist of double-layer color steel sheets with fire-resistant rock wool insulation (density: 100kg/m³). Roof is made of galvanized steel sheet. The floor is a 300mm high raised platform with built-in galvanized steel grilles and walkways, with an overall load capacity exceeding 5 tons.
