This installation manual provides a step-by-step guide for installing Autoke spray booths. It covers site preparation, structural assembly, airflow system installation, electrical setup, and commissioning.

Simple installation process for car spray and baking paint booths
Raised Base installation

To measure two cross corners, square the base and make them equal.
To make sure the base is level well

Set up the Floor Filters Holding Panel, then lay the Floor Filters.

Install the building
Install Main door, Upper kan, and U-channel on the base frame in sequence
To rivet the U-channel on the base frame every 50-70cm and keep the channel clean
Install Intake cabinet, Exhausting Canbinet, Duct in sequence
Install U-channel on the Main door, Personal door or Change of installation position
Plug in the wall panel and fix it well, Cutting wall panels on site according to site conditions.
Install in sequence:
To rivet the U-channel on the wall panels and keep the channel clean
Intake windows U channel
Roof beams to support roof panels.
