🔥 Rapid Diesel Heating System
Features a RIELLO G20 diesel burner, heating up to 40°C within 5–8 minutes with a maximum baking temperature of 80°C. Suitable for various mid-to-low temperature painting and curing processes, offering strong fuel adaptability and controllable operating costs.

💨 Efficient Ventilation & Air Management
Utilizes 2×4KW double-intake centrifugal fans providing a total air supply of 30,000 m³/h, paired with a dedicated 5.5KW exhaust fan (19,000 m³/h). Ensures stable airflow and rapid paint mist removal within the booth, creating a safer working environment.

🌫️ Three-Stage Air Purification System
Integrates a primary filter (>10μm, >90% efficiency), high-efficiency ceiling filter (>4μm, >98% efficiency), and multi-layer fiberglass floor filter (>90% efficiency) to effectively capture particulates and ensure a flawless finish.

🏗️ Industrial-Grade Durable Construction
Walls are constructed with double-layer color steel fire-resistant insulated panels filled with high-density rock wool (100kg/m³), providing excellent thermal insulation and flame retardancy. The floor is a 300mm high raised platform made of galvanized steel sheets with anti-rust galvanized steel grilles, offering an overall load capacity exceeding 5 tons.

🚪 Wide-Access Door Design
Three front doors with a total width of 3000mm, fitted with 5mm high-temperature resistant glass, facilitate smooth entry and exit for medium to large vehicles and components, improving operational continuity.

📟 Intelligent Integrated Control
The control panel integrates painting, baking, timer, temperature control, lighting, and emergency stop functions. It features a clear interface for simple operation, supporting process standardization and safety management.

💡 Full-Area Uniform Lighting
24×18W LED ceiling lights and 8×48W side wall auxiliary lights provide shadow-free, high-brightness illumination, ensuring clear visibility for detailed painting work.
