ATK-7000-EH-DR 7m Electric Spray Booth & Drying Room Professional Combo

This product offers an integrated solution for painting and curing processes, scientifically separating spraying operations from film curing. It allows for simultaneous or independent operation, significantly improving workflow efficiency and finish quality. Ideal for automotive repair businesses, professional collision centers, and industrial painting lines with higher demands on production cycle, environmental control, and finish standards.

System Components & Functions:

1. Main Spray Booth (Painting Zone)

  • Dimensions: External: 7000×4000×3350mm | Internal: 6900×3900×2650mm

  • Heating System: Electric Heating (220V/380V). 10 sets of halogen infrared baking lamps, total 30KW. Heats to 40°C in 5-8 minutes, max 80°C.

  • Ventilation: 2×4KW double-intake centrifugal fans (30,000 m³/h total supply) | 1×5.5KW high-efficiency exhaust fan (19,000 m³/h).

  • Filtration: Three-stage precision filtration (Primary >90%, Ceiling >98%, Floor >90%).

  • Control: Intelligent panel integrating painting, baking, timer, temperature control, lighting, and emergency stop.

2. Independent Drying Room (Curing Zone)

  • Dimensions: Same specifications as the spray booth for smooth workpiece transfer.

  • Heating System: Independent electric heating (220V/380V), 24KW halogen infrared baking lamps. Supports continuous high-temperature baking up to 80°C.

  • Function: Dedicated for paint film curing, part drying, material pre-heating, etc. Prevents interference between spraying and baking processes, enhancing energy efficiency and operational safety.
