This product is an integrated, modular professional workstation designed for automotive repair, scientifically combining three key functional zones: painting, dry sanding preparation, and paint mixing. Core Equipment: Professional dry sanding dust extraction filter box. Constructed from 1mm galvanized sheet and square tube frame with powder coating. Equipped with filter cotton and activated carbon.
Exhaust System: 1×7.5KW high-power centrifugal exhaust fan for efficient dust removal.
Function: Dedicated space for sanding and cleaning after body repair, effectively isolating dust to prevent contamination of the painting zone.
3. Separate Paint Mixing Room (Paint Mixing Zone)
Dimensions: External: 3000×4000×3350mm | Internal: 2900×3900×3000mm.
Standard Equipment: Professional explosion-proof paint mixing cabinet.
Function: An independent, enclosed space for safe paint mixing and storage, preventing solvent fumes from affecting other work areas, ensuring safety compliance.
